The Technology Center focuses on the research and development of the mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration of modern construction machinery in construction machinery and other areas, and gets great scientific research results especially the design theory and mechanical-electrical-hydraulic control of modern hydraulic rock drilling equipment, and the research and development of mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration of high-performance hydraulic piling machinery and hydraulic excavator. The Technology Center achieves relative advantage in original innovation, integrated innovation, open innovation and persistent innovation.

Focusing on the program cooperation with factories and enterprises, the Technology Center accomplishes more than 16 scientific research programs of provincial and national level such as national natural science fund and national “863”program and etc. The Technology Center wins many appraisal results, 70 invention patents and 3 software copyrights, and publishes Research and Design of Hydraulic Impactor Mechanism and Tunnel Rock Drilling Robot.

Hydrostatic Pie Driver: the Technology Center discovers the “saltation” law of working load of hydrostatic pile driver, and brings forward and carries out the theory and method of actualizing high efficiency and energy saving “Quasi Constant Power” design with the adaptation to the load. ZYJ series of hydrostatic pile driver with 8 patents is a piling machinery of precast piling construction, which features high efficiency and energy saving and environmental care.

Hydraulic Rock Drilling Equipment: The Technology Center invents the research theories and design methods of “Three Divisional Analysis Method”, “Method of calculating Quasi Uniform Acceleration Value ”, “Calibrating Calculation Method”, “Reserved Torque” and “Reserved Thrust” of hydraulic impacting mechanism which is the core device of hydraulic rock drilling equipment. It also develops the first SWD 165 integrated downhole drilling rig in China, and settles many problems in basic applied theory and construction design such as the positioning control technology of multi-arm without mechanism and multi-joint mechanical arm, multi-arm task and off-line of the path, and movement decoupling and real time control of multi-joint drilling arm, which fills up the vacancy in domestic technology and keeps ahead in China and in the world.

Hydraulic Excavator: It firstly adopts LUDV valve control load-sensing technology, which improves the controllability and comfort of the operation, The hydraulic excavator also adopts self-setting parameter control in terms of modes and conditions for the power-match in all power scale of hydraulic pump and engine, and effectively realizes energy saving during whole course of digging with the valve control technology. It takes angle sensor and laser positioning to accomplish the automatic digging of bucket trajectory, operation guided by graphs, semiautomatic digging along spatial straight line, and the working parameter monitor and trouble diagnosis. Furthermore, it applies new ECLS control valve of large flow and high-frequency response, and the Technology Center discovers the effective method and control method to reduce the digging force of the bucket greatly. This excavator adopts triple control mechanism and constructs the development platform for electronic control excavator.

Multifunction hydraulic rotary drilling rig: the integrated technology innovations of LS energy saving control between the main valve and pump, power head torque adaptation and speed stepless control, stepless adjustable pressurized cylinder pressure and speed, main winch variable Shifts Speed and pull transfer control on the hydraulic drive system improve the drive reliability and adaptability to complex geologic condition of hydraulic rotary drilling rig; its control system adopts secondary distributed structure, and makes the application of advanced intelligent control technology, Can Bus technology and virtual instrument technology, realizes the programme on construction machinery controller based on the embedded system and true color LCD display screen. Onboard control system features high integration, high control speed, high control accuracy, friendly human-computer interface, easy operation, reliability and safety.
